Improved Obey 8F Drafter [Replace] V1.0

This mod make some fixes and general improvement on the Obey 8F Drafter. It fixes the non-working indicators and the unlit dashboard dials, add bulb models to the lights housing, add a front license plate and add a third brake light (non-fuctioning due to game limitation). Tuning have been reworked, adding a few new parts and moving certain parts to their own category
The tuning ID used for the vehicle is 928.

TUNING CHANGES
– Add a option to remove the front splitter
– Move the Vortex Generators under the new category Vortex Generators
– Move the Roof Spoilers under the new category Roof Spoilers
– Add variations of the Carbon Skirts with the Street and Sport Skirts
– Add a option to remove the antenna
– Move the Sports Grille under the new category Intercooler
– Add a option to remove the front and both license plates
– Add a variant of the Custom Diffuser wich is half painted and half carbon
– Remove the hood catches from the Street and Performance hoods and move the hood catches under the new category Hood Catches
– Modified the Low Level Spoiler to be larger
– Add a variant of the Street Splitter with support
– Add a variant of the Racing Splitter without support
